I have had many dreams I remember pretty distinctly. One of the most vivid ones I can remember having just a couple months ago was when I was locked in my friends' car with a bunch of tarantula type spiders crawling up my legs. I felt panicked and woke up in the midst of a panic attack. I do not deal well with spiders. It was a few minutes before I was calm enough to even try and go back to sleep. |
