In the dream I was in the passanger's seat of a car. The driver was a friend maybe even a boyfriend. Before we went to the public library we decided to go to the grocery store and get a snack. He got a normal snack: yogurt or something but I got a can of soup for some reason. I was really excited about my can of soup because it had beef in it and I'd never tasted canned beef soup because my dad is semi-vegan and only ever buys soup with veggies pasta rice chicken or beans. Something about this struck me as hilariously funny and I was still giggling about it as I slurped the last of my soup straight from the can before we entered the library. I woke up laughing at the phrase "chicken n beans" Even now the phrase "chicken n beans" returns to my mind every once in a while and makes me smile. That was maybe last year I think. I think that I was 14. |
