When I was around 6 or 7 years old I would have a recurring dream about being lost in the mall. I would leave my mom in a store and begin to wander because I was bored in the dream. Then when I tried to go back to the store and find her she was no where to be seen. At this point I was really scared and nervous that she may have left me. Then I went to the receptionist desk and had them put out a page for my mother since this was before cell phones were commonplace. Finally my mom would show up and she would be so happy to see me that she wasn't even mad about the fact that I had left her. I was always really relieved and happy when she would return and get me. |
